Warranty: 3 month maintenance, 6 year structural
Council Application: Prepared on client's behalf
Foundations: Engineered design concrete pier pads
Sub Floor: Engineered (full dura-gal welded steel sub floor)
Flooring: 19mm termite treated and moisture resistant sheet flooring
Framing: 90/70 x 35mm termite resistant Radiata Pine framing
Roof Trusses: Engineered Pine roof trusses at 900mm centres
Roofing: Colourbond Iron, metal fascia and gutter including sisalation foil
Cladding: Timber grain plank weatherboard painted to your choice of Haymes or Colourbond colours
Insulation: C.S.R batts, R3.5 to ceiling, R2.0 to external walls and R2.2 foilboard to sub floor
Internal Linings: Painted Boral plasterboard
Tiling: To all splashbacks, bathroom skirting, kitchen and wet area floors (your tile choice within std range)
Carpets: Carpet areas as indicated on plans (your choice to within std range)
Timber finishes: 67mm square edge painted timber skirting & architraves to doorways and windows
Painting: Your choice of colour from our quality range Haymes paints
Doors: Colonial 4 panel doors throughout
Door Handles: Polished brass or chrome knob/lever action throughout
Windows: Powder coated aluminium windows with metal fly screens
Sink: Stainless steel single bowl with chrome mixer tap
Screen Doors: Safety security doors to all external doors
Bath: Molded white acrylic
Basin: Modena Vitreous (or similar) white china including chrome flick mixer tap
Shower: Poly marble shower base, with C & M pivot glass door, chrome flick mixer tapware as well as 2 chrome towel rails
Exhaust fan: To bathroom, en-suite and toilet
Bench Tops: Laminated bench tops with rounded post form edge
Cupboards Laminated cupboards and doors (moisture resistant)
Cooktop: Stainless steel electric hot plates
Oven: Stainless steel electric fan forced under bench oven
